「心入影出」工作坊 (二)簡介:
相片埋藏著故事，能喚起遺忘了的珍貴片段。被收藏的相集更能呈現收藏者的信念和價值觀， 使人明白自己如何獨特的感知這世界。本課程著重體驗式練習，讓學員親身感受和學習，運用「攝影治療技術 -受助者提供的相片」，探索和認識自我，以助己助人改善情緒和健康成長。
內容:
‧ 「攝影治療」的應用技術(學習Judy Weiser 的技術– 受助者提供的相片)
‧ 相關的輔導技巧– 澄心 (Mindfulness)的「支持與滋養」
‧ 「手機攝影」的技巧– 採光(有效的自我表達)
‧ 導師示範 (攝影治療和輔導技巧)
‧ 課堂實習(學員在導師指導下，即場實習)
‧ 戶外實習(用五感與環境連接，練習拍攝的四步曲)
資料:
對象: 有興趣之人士 (特別適合社工、輔導員、老師及從事助人工作之人士)
日期: 2018年 11月2、9、23 (星期五)
. 另設戶外實習於 11月17日 (星期六)下午2:30-5:30
時間: 晚上7:30 – 9:30
地址: 香港九龍石硤尾偉智街5號
費用: $1050； 二人同行$1900、12/6之前報名$920
備註: 學員上課時將使用手機(無需懂攝影)
導師簡介:
詹玉冰女士 (阿Bell)
香港開心心理學院攝影治療導師、個人/婚姻及家庭治療師、婚姻及家庭治療碩士、心理學學士、香港專業輔導協會會員、香港婚姻及家庭治療協會副會員，持美國加州簡約身心治療研究院證書。香港攝影學會永久會員、澳門攝影學會榮譽會員及會士。曾擔攝影及輔導刊物主編，曾接受攝影、繪畫及戲劇等專業訓練，並獲多項攝影比賽冠軍，2007年獲澳門基金會頒「澳門文學獎」戲劇組冠軍。於社福機構教授相關課程。
