The 24th International Conference on ISO & TQM (6th – 8th February 2025)

Theme: “ISO & TQ/AI for Health, Service & Education Excellence”

The 24th International Conference on ISO & TQM with the theme “ISO & TQ/AI for Health, Service & Education Excellence”, organized by Gratia Christian College, was held at Regal Riverside Hotel from 6th to 8th February 2025 and led by Prof. Sam HO, Founder Chair of ICIT and Research Professor of Gratia Christian College.

The conference provided us an opportunity to benefit at first hand from the expertise and experience of eminent speakers who were senior executives of many leading edge organizations and distinguished academics contributing to the research and development of ISO and TQM. A total of 27 papers was presented by delegates from 10 countries in which there were 18 prominent keynote speakers in the 3-day conference.

Prof. CHUI Hong Sheung, President of Gratia Christian College, delivered a welcome speech as a kick-off at the opening ceremony this morning. He thanked all the staff and volunteers who offered support for organizing the conference and welcomed those overseas speakers who participated in the conference for the presentation. He encouraged all the guests to actively participate in the sessions to share their insights. Prof Chui further emphasized, “This is not just a conference. It is a community for scholars and participants who want to make a difference in their respective disciplines.”

Mr. YUEN Shu Wah, Chairman of the Board of Governors of Gratia Christian College shared his views on the presentation of “A Cost-effective ESG Experiment to Afforest Desert Land in North-Western China” on the first day of the conference. A conference dinner providing good opportunities for delegates to have networking and enjoy Chinese cuisine was held in the evening on the first day of the conference. A closing ceremony was held after all the presentations with the Best-paper Awards presented to the speakers by voting of the participants on the last day of the conference.

Last but not the least, it was really an enjoyable and fruitful conference providing a platform for knowledge exchange and networking for the scholars and chief executives all over the world.
