Research Seminar & Presentation Materials

A research seminar was conducted on 26/6/2024. It offers a unique opportunity to explore the synergies between rigorous quantitative techniques and the foundational principles of qualitative research. At the core of the quantitative track lies the powerful tool of confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), which allows researchers to validate the underlying factor structure of complex constructs and models.

Through CFA, participants learned how to systematically test hypotheses, assess the reliability and validity of measurement instruments, and uncover the latent dimensions that shape their research domains. Complementing the quantitative focus, the qualitative component covered the essential elements of research design, data collection, and analysis techniques, such as interviews, focus groups, and observational studies.
